Happy Friday! The weight loss is going great, down another 3 pounds. Almost out of 200's, Yay!! I do have a heavy heart today, I lost my grandmother yesterday. She has been battling lung cancer for years, and was in alot of pain, so it is somewhat of a blessing, but I will still miss her. Last night I was sad, but didn't turn to food-which is great. Instead I cuddled with my boys and got lots of hugs, which made me feel better than any food could have.

Had parent-teacher conferences last night for all 3 of my boys, and they are all doing great! The middle one needs to slow down and work a little harder but his teacher was not over concerned, so that is good. It was nice to hear what nice boys I have, because I don't always see that side of them!!
