I lost a pound this week. It may be a little more, but my foot is still swollen, so I just put down what the scale said.

It's getting a little better, day by day, Bully. It's just so bruised and swollen. I HATE to go to doctor's.
I'm so clumsy. I swear if there was a cotton ball on the floor, I'd trip on it.

;) Girly, I can sprain either ankle of fully flat waxed floors, I know!! It sux, but you may need an xray honey. I found out after many years of continued sprains that I actually have moderate arthritis in both ankles due to the continued sprains that actually had caused fractures. =S Try your best to keep it up, ice it and stay off of it... got any crutches? If it's not much better, ya might give 'em a call before they close for the weekend. ;)

Yeah, I've been keeping it up and iced. No, I don't have crutches.
I'm just surprised that it is so bruised, because I had my shoes on, when I fell.

That's a sign of a severe sprain/tendon tear and possible fractures. I've done that... sprained/fell with shoe and had an ankle like a red delicious apple. =S Please get it looked at to prevent permanent damage.
