I think that my body is adapting to needing less food. Well, wrong wording. It's starting to realize that it doesn't need the amount of crappy food I was eating before. I have not had as much of an appetite the past few days as I usually do. I've been doing really well this week. I'm hoping this weekend will go well too. Those are the hard ones. I'm feeling really motivated though! And Mark is trying to make better choices too, I'm so proud! Lol. He discovered that Quizno's has really good salads. And I bought him some Propel drink mixes so he'll drink more water. He's trying, that's all I can ask for. It's sweet of him, and he's being very supportive. I'm really lucky to have him be there for me.

Would you believe I'm actually starting to consider a career in nutrition and exercise now? The way the human body works has always interested me and I excelled at anatomy and physiology classes in school. I used to want to be a doctor but didn't want to spend so long in school... Hmmm. Maybe I'm onto something. Lol.
