Welll... somethings I did better this week and some...well, could use improvement.

I have been drinking more water. Not enough yet, but more.

I have been exercising more. Not enough, but yesterday - I probably got 3 hours in and I did exercise 3 days in a row. I need to keep it up during the week. I did blow up my fitness ball and use it for a chair for a few hours today.

I've been continuing to eat okay on my own and I did choose a salad when we went out to eat, but I'm not exercising much control when I'm over at social gatherings. Too many baker's in town and too much yummy food. I'm making stew with lots of spinach and carrots in it... It does have meat too, but I think there are at least 2 servings of vegetables per bowl in their.

I think I'm creeping up in weight. I haven't gotten a fair weigh in done recently. I always forget or I'm wearing jeans or something. I'm giving myself until tomorrow. I've made it a goal to try to only bring food with nutritional value to gatherings... yesterday I brought a rice salad. The day before I brought nuts...

Okay.. I'm rambling and I have much work to accomplish before tomorrow.
