Forgot to weigh in this morning at the usual time. Though after breakfast, I was 284.5 Which is really great. :D I've slowly been working my way through my challenges this week and I've done fairly well. I've had a very busy weekend, but it's been good. My body is tired though from all the the constant activity though. I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be a rest day at home for us for the most part. We might still hit the park in the afternoon. lol. The Pow-wow was fun yesterday and very interesting to see. Came home with a feather fan, a buckskin string(need to fix some leather lacing on a pair of pants), and some feathers on a clip to hang in my car. :) I did eat a plain hamburger and had a handful of curly fries there as well. It was lunch time and I was hungry. lol. It was a nice treat for the weekend. But I declined to go to the Chinese buffet with my friend and her boyfriend today, I just didn't trust myself to eat reasonably and after having a hamburger and fries yesterday, I really wanted something that I could really control the calories of. So having left over Ground turkey with sautéed carrots and caramelized onions. Yum. With white rice and a big glass of water. I'm really going to have to make this dish again. It's really good! Sooooo tastey!
