Another hot day in the Ozarks. I am determined not to let the weekend spoil a week of hard dieting. My last 15 lbs is coming off very slowly. I feel so much better having already lost what I have. I am a lot more mobile.

You're doing great! Although I changed up how I'm eating, Atkins taught me a lot about how my body reacts to various foods... And, for what it's worth to you, I keep changing my goal weight and I DID lose 90lbs on Atkins in less than a year.... just keep counting and measuring... and if you want things that are sweet, google low carb cookie, cake and snack recipes... there are some great ones out there.
