I walked around Wal-Mart for over 40 minutes today. It was slow, but leaning on the cart made it easier for me to walk. I did have to come home and take some Ibuprophen, though.

Good for you! Walking is walking and it doesn't matter how slow or fast you go - just do what's best for your own body.

Who cares if it was slow? It was 40 minutes that you were moving. I'm proud of you. I have started going to Walmart every time I need something instead of waiting until my cabinets are bare. I figure that it's a little more walking every time.

I like to walk around Wal-Mart and Meijers. I don't park real close, either. That's a good idea to go every time you need something. I think I will try that too. I'll be there 3 or 4 times a week, because even if I have it wrote down, I STILL forget something.
Thanks, sweetalot and Cat for the encouragement.

I say take it slow because only you know what your body can handle right now. Your chart and YOU are doing incredible so I say what you're doing is obviously working for you. Hang in there and keep up the brilliant work!
