I avoided a HUGE platter of various types of fudge yesterday! YAY!!!!!!!! It was hard, but I did not eat one bite! That's a huge accomplishment for me! I know that avoiding the seasonal sweets for the rest of the year will be hard, but I have to steer clear of them in order to accomplish my goal! I want to be healthier! I know that road is paved with sacrifices, but the reward will be a longer, happier life!
