Did 35 sit ups and light aerobics last night. I have only eaten 4 grapefruits over last 4 days. Only drank green tea with ginger and Splenda. Yet I have only lost 3lbs. in 4 days. Only feel light hunger when I bed down, but I am able to sleep by taking 3 ibuprofens. Should eat tonight what I was going to eat last night, but if I can handle not eating again tonight, I might extend fast for yet another night. Will see what happens. Don't feel extremely hungry at the moment.
