My work feeds me lunch, which is awesome, but I'm starting to realize that there are a lot of things that I really shouldn't eat because they're really calorie heavy. You don't notice until you've already eaten them, too. Sad times.

that said, I'm becoming more aware of what I am/am not eating. This is proving to be helpful .
