Wow my body hurt so bad most of the weekend from the calisthenics. I know it was the squats and lunges. I think I 'tweeked' something in my knee too because it ached until Sunday. Sunday I spent 2 hours just walking; it was leisure walking but it was exercise. Today is back to it. I told my daughter that I gaind 5# on 'vacation' with her. So I have already knocked one pound off. However, I had already gained some of my loss back so I am not in Onederland right now...ugh. It is not too much and I can reverse it but I am a bit disappointed about it and in myself. However, it could be worse in the past I have sabotaged myself, and I know that this will be a life long change and I will always need to track myself. My daughter is working to lose 10# that she has put on since joining the Navy. So she is really watching her carbs more carefully. Not like me but fruits for breakfast and cutting out a lot of the carbs.

So as much as I hate to update my weigh in I will because there is a challenge that I want to join and I want an accurate reading.

Oh I found a Facebook group of low carbers and it is VERY active so I think that will help me as well as FS. I get these posts updated to my phone.

Okay let's get it to burn!!!!!

Listening to Exteme Weightloss while I work - I wonder how many people cry as they are watching this show.

Hang in there, my friend! You have the right attitude. We are each on our own journey & it is a life long one. The important thing is to take it one day at a time. xoxox

Jaime I think we've all cried at some point during the journey, frustration, excitement or just plain exhaustion from it all. Knowing you CAN and you WILL succeed makes it all worth it. You are worth it, just remind yourself of that and don't sweat the small stuff. Onederland is just around the corner, turn it and you'll get the extra boost to continue to your goal.
