Tried the green smoothie diet for the first time. worked great as a detox, feel way healthier, and lost i think 1 to 2 pounds! Had it for lunch and dinner saturday and dinner sunday. Plan to have it for dinner each day. Spinach, cucumber, carrot, pineapple, apple, banana, ginger all blended into a smoothie. Positive with exercise I can lost at least 4 pounds in a week with this diet. start weight was 183/4. now 182. Next monday hopefully 178.
