Best of luck, Gala. I'm 66 and started a healthier diet back in May. So far I've lost 17 lbs (before joining FatSecret) ! Now I want to keep losing and exercise more. If I can do it you can too!

Thanks for the encouragement, I truly appreciate it. I'm impressed at the rate of your losing the extra kilos, keep up the good work. I have a problem with what to ear for breakfast, any suggestions?

I rather break the rules when it comes to breakfast. I have tea with 1% milk upon waking but I don't eat until around 10:30 when I will eat an apple. That will carry me to lunchtime. I drink water a lot. I try to keep my mealtime calorie count between 300-400 for a total of 1200 calories a day. I don't eat wheat, starches, or sugar. I eat fresh vegetables, fruits, salads, fish in small amounts, and beans and quinoa and I use a lot of herbs and spices.
I suppose if I were to eat breakfast I would have a softly scrambled egg with some sauteed spinach. Good luck!
