today has been good. i've been busy so i haven't had much time to think about food. only i need to eat. i don't feel as bad as i did monday or even yesterday. i have yet to workout today. i will start that at 8pm. i like to workout while watching antm. no i don't want to be that slim. but however it does motivate me to see those skinny models when i am working out. my food for today has been egg white, banana, orange, apple and yogurt, lentil soup, and salad. i will probably have one more orange before the end of the nite. i will ride my bike for 30 to 45 minutes. might even feel inspired to throw some weight training in there. who knows.
