Oh my gosh! I did a 30 minute video of calisthenics yesterday....push-ups, weights, squats, lunges. My legs were already sore when I hoped on the bike yesterday afternoon. My body is so sore all over today!!!!! Looks like the treadmill this afternoon.

I have posted in the past about deep frying my low carb tortilla for chips or deep frying my low carb italian flat out wraps for crackers and how they are pretty good for me. Well, yesterday I tried them in my dehydrator. Much faster and less work. They are good. I still like deep frying them best, but I am going to try it again and spray with some butter and see how that turns out.

:) Jaime! You rock! I never did get off my "walk" exercise except for a few swims. I am so impressed with your calisthenics. This past two weeks has been interesting on vacation. I've not gotten in my 4 miles most days, but I guess hiking, walking theme parks, driving 10 hour days compensated some. If you actually used that treadmill after all that, kudos to you! I would have been so sore I would have given up!
