Help! I feel like I am slipping back into diet mentality since I got back from my trip. I only gained like three pounds on an 8 day trip, but I have not been losing it afterwards. Every night I find my self overeating a little bit and telling myself, "I am going to do something drastic tomorrow" I HATE this diet mentality... I KNOW it doesn't work. If it did I would be a lot thinner. It is so frustrating to be 10-15lbs away from my goal and stay there for soooo long. I need to do something but I don't want to go back to HCG injections (which in my opinion totally screwed up my head and my body) any suggestions?

I checked your diet calendar, and unless you aren't logging everything your diet is not sustainable. You are eating way too few calories. You should be getting minimum of 1200 calories of good nutritious food. You protein intake is way low, so no wonder you are hungry. Your brain is telling to you eat something because you're starving. If you follow a sustainable weight loss plan, you won't feel like you are on a diet. As a recovering anorexic, I can tell you that you may be on dangerous ground with your diet. And yes, the HCG may have screwed up your metabolism (to say nothing of your pituitary), but if you take a healthy approach to weight loss, you will succeed. Don't be in too much of a hurry.

I agree with Rune...what you are eating is not a sustainable diet. You should log everything you eat, every day. I'm no expert but seems like you are hurting yourself skipping meals consistently. Good Luck!

Hey thanks so much!! I haven't been entering everything for about a week but before that I was. I needed somebody like you, I guess I have kinda lost my motivation... and not only in entering stuff in. You are the reason I want to get back on track, Thank You soo much. You just made my day. I will enter EVERYTHING tomorrow. I really appreciate the help :)
