I'm back after being away for quite awhile and I'm stuck in California. I'm going to be starting the Master Cleanse on Monday (technically today) for the second time. The first time I did it I last for five days and my goal this time is to do at least the minimum ten days recomended for the cleanse though I may go longer. My husbands birthday was this weekend so there was no point in starting the cleanse before then. I've found the joys of proper food combining but we are at my Mom's and she never cooks anything using proper food combining.
The first three days of the cleanse are the hardest. It is my goal to journal everyday that I am on the cleanse. Hopefully that will actually be the case.
