Yesterday was a successful day. i stayed right at 20 carbs for my daily intake. In the Boston butt pork roast I cooked in the crock pot,I substituted turnips for potatoes during the last hour or so of cooking. Boy were they good. I would really recommend them. I threw in some carrots too,but my husband ate all of them.
