Third day of low carb, intermittent fasting seems to be going well! I typically give up on these diets however I’m really hoping to keep accountable and continue on. Since I’m currently so sedentary my daily calorie goal is 1200, though I’ve been hitting less than that which I’m proud of. My high protein prepped meals and snacks are a huge help, and I’m trying to drink a litre of water a day (though my tiny bladder isn’t cooperating).
I’m actually excited at the prospect of gyms opening up soon so I can start lifting weights again (my old trainer would be so proud haha). Once I start working out again I’ll go back up to a 1600 calorie diet in order to gain some muscle. For now, some good old mindful eating!
