4 pounds away from my first goal! And I'm fantasizing about spaghetti...
304.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week

Have the spaghetti, but use whole wheat pasta! 😊

zucchini noodles or butternut squash noodles are a good substitute....in the frozen section. helps the craving at least!
