Here I am with another post! Shopping was great, Sales everywhere. Branson looked like the day After Thanksgiving! We could hardly find a parking spot. Then one opened up in the neighborhood of where we wanted to park, so we parked there and hiked to the various stores. The chicken Caesar salad I had at Mc Ds was terrific. and When I put it in my food diary it had only 6 net carbs! The dressing had 4 carbs though so my lunch was 10 net carbs altogether. I feel great going into dinner time, cottage cheese and sugar free Jello. yum, yum!
