I am soooo crabby...

lord me to, but I saw the doctor this morning and she did my blood work stat. Called me this afternoon left a msg on my cell cause i was sleeping my butt off and said that I was severely hypo was calling new meds and See me in three months unless I need her. So now I know where all my trouble is coming from.

See...I told you to check with the Dr. My thyroid was checked before the doctor told me I needed to lose weight and lower cholesterol. At least you have an answer now. I just got my monthly friend. Just wonderful because my 27th wedding anniversary is in 2 days... No wonder...it is all PMS which means that is why I have been craving chocolate and eating like crazy. Got throwed off in following my schedule on Saturday with the family reunion. Since then I have been unable to get my eating under control. I slipped two days in a row while at work. I usually am in an office and away from food except for what I packed for lunch. Monday and Tuesday I was out driving around and caved and stopped at fast food places. Subway Monday and Burger King tuesday. Back on track during the day today and then slipped and ate some chocolate before supper. Going to chuck it all and start again tomorrow. Will be in the office the rest of the week so I can just eat what I packed. Get back on the right track.
