So the thing I’m working with in terms of this inner journey right now that goes with the outer journey is updating my self image to one of I am a healthy person living a balanced and successful life. As I move from the endless cycle of weight loss and weight gain and realize that I’m no longer on a diet I’m living my life a new way I also have to identify myself in a new way that more matches the reality of who I am.
