Starting new diet today its called water fasting we'll see how it goes. Also walking 3 miles a day starting out. I am determined to lose this weight.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 133.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

how long are you going to try to do it. I want to start with a month or 30 days but I'm not sure if I am that strong.

umm, 21 days is recommended so i'm going for that first! If my body gets use to fasting more i might go for 30!

Good luck!! I am going to try for 30 depending on how I do. I'm on day 2 and so far so good except a slight headache, how about you.

yh i got cramps in my stomch, i am also on day 2, i have lost 4 and a half pounds and i got headaches
