OMG! I just totally blew it yesterday. I don't even know how many calories I had. I had a huge breakfast, a large ice cream cone, a taffy apple and Black Jack candy (which I hadn't seen in years!)
I have no excuses, I was just a pig!

So just hop right back on...and heck maybe the higher calorie day will bust you off that plateau :) (a planned cheat days is better than an unplanned one, but it's no use to dwell....look at the positive!)
