Ugh up alot this morning. :( Could it be water weight maybe? It is /that/ time of the month for me too. XD lol. I hope the scale shows a difference soon. A little discouraged today. Just have to keep working at it, and hope the scale starts reflecting that work soon.
292.5 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 92.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
