I haven't done very well, this week. Some people get the 7 year itch after they've been married 7 years. I guess I got the 4 week itch after being on the diet 4 weeks.:)
I haven't done,THAT bad, but at least 100-200 calories over the alotted amount of calories I allow myself. Sigh...Today's another day and I am going to stick to my plan!

Meh 1-2 hundred calories? Youur body might just need the change. I would not worry about it and just get back on track. I went over 500 more over the week-end and kept on losing. I like the theory some one proposed that you need to keep your metabolism guessing to keep it from getting complacent. Seems to be working for me, but we shall see how it pans out.
