I haven't done very well, this week. Some people get the 7 year itch after they've been married 7 years. I guess I got the 4 week itch after being on the diet 4 weeks.:) I haven't done,THAT bad, but at least 100-200 calories over the alotted amount of calories I allow myself. Sigh...Today's another day and I am going to stick to my plan!
