Sticking to the diet tough these last two days and you know what I notice? I'm HUNGRY! I'm never hungry because I eat so much throughout the day and my body is used to so many calories its yelling "EAT!" But I refuse. Dinner out with family tonight...THAT is the real test. Wish me luck...
