The "pound a week for Christmas" challenge starts today! Hooray! Truthfully, I will be happy if I'm below 200 for Christmas. . . anything more than that will be a gift! I'm going to shoot for a pound a week for sure, but I don't generally lose weight consistently like that. . . will just do the best I can!
