I'm not eating well at all! I need to get off the sugar but I'm just not hungry during the day and look at my calorie intake and realize I need to increase my calories drastically so carb out... Ugh I've got to start eating better during the day so I can stop this nonsense!
310.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
