Alright folks......

I have been pretty bad staying on track, but I am back from my vacation and I am working my diet like crazy. Went grocery shopping at 8 in the morning to get good and healthy foods for the week. Upping my protein, eating lots of veggies and fruits (for the sweet tooth) and staying away from starches and processed sugars.

I have to get with the picture. I am also taking my vitamins at lunch everyday, so that I have lots of energy for the afternoon and evening. I am also back to the gym.... at least 30 minutes of cardio a day. I got this and I am going to lose this weight once and for all.
