Ok, I am really feeling EXTREMELY guilty for eating like I have today. I feel like I have eatten all day. I really hope this pays off for me because I am feeling very defeated at this point.

Food shouldn't be something that makes you feel "good" or "bad". It really helped me when I stopped judging myself for how much I ate. Its just choices. Not a moral judgement on you. Think about other people, are they "bad" people if they eat too much? Are they "good" people if they eat too little? No, it's totally separate. I'm surprised you made the jump like that. You seemed pretty convinced you were too full already! You can do this. You can learn to make balanced choices. It will take some time, but you can do it!

I made this jump because I REALLY want to get the rest of this weight off, and I want to do it right. I want to learn the right ways of eating that will last me my lifetime. Once this weight is off, I don't plan on putting it back on.. Thanks for your support!
