Well, so I went home for 4th of July weekend, and I did well on Thursday, but it all went down hill when I went to my parent's house on Friday. Needless to say, I had 3 donuts at 1 am last night. Well, back on track today. I got down to 129 lbs last week, I can't have it be ruined when I am so close.

My parents are coming up on Friday for the weekend, and my boyfriend comes up tomorrow to stay until Tuesday. Anyone have any good ideas for healthy/low calorie dinners that my parents will also like?

Can you make something on the grill for your parents? Chicken breasts, turkey burger, grilled veggies.... Or maybe use the crock pot for some chicken breasts, use part of a ranch packet, italian dressing, and water over frozen chicken breasts and cook them for a few hours until they aren't pink, or a pork tenderloin in the crock pot. Check for recipes on here too there are some good ones. No donuts!!
