This week is proof positive that you CAN lose if you follow your RDI. I have spent the week sleeping off a cold. I've done NO exercise. I've eaten to the top of my RDI almost every day. I lost . . . not a lot, but I lost. I find that amazing. LOL. And it makes me VERY happy.

Sorry about the cold. I hope your feeling better soon. I know cold season is just around the corner down here in Florida. As soon as the temperature drops another 10-15 degrees. Congrats on the loss while being sick. I also consume mass amounds of homemade chicken soup in the cold months to help fend off sickness. Use to drink lots of orange juice too til I develped bladder inflamation. Now OJ just sets it off like nothing else. I really miss orange juice too. lol.

Yep, yep, yep, it works! Sometimes there is a temptation to cut back so you will lose faster, but losing more slowly is better, and the weight will stay off.

Glad there was at least one upside to having a cold! Seriously, I was journaling today about how I felt like I had been eating a lot and still dropped a pound without really trying. And I suck at exercising. (Thanks for accepting my buddy request.)
