Things are going ok not great but not off track. I just seem to be at a stand still with the weight. I have been adding a hard workout a 4 to 5 days a week for the last couple weeks in addition to the bike, elliptical and walking but the scale is just barely moving.
I would love to think I am adding more muscle but I just don't know. I am going to stay focused but need to really watch that I stay motivated through this point!
