Going to start back at the gym on monday. It will be interesting to see how my diet will need to change for the additional calorie used. At my current rate I am losing weight/fat I should start OWL in about 2 weeks.

Going to the gym can only be a good idea, it'll help your metabolism really kick in. I've restarted Cardio Boxing & Im feeling pretty damn good:) And look, you've lost almost a stone just by regulating what you eat- WELL DONE!

Way to go! Keep up the good work! You are doing great! You wil love the energy you will have after you get used to the workouts again! I have to find time soon to do the same thing! I'm rooting for ya!
