pushing the water, not really a problem. summer treats in the house for the kids, that's a problem. Gotta get my mind in the right place. I know what I am doing wrong, but just keep doing it. Today is a new day.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
