Thoughts on broth fasting and retaining muscle mass? Or super low calorie day? (As in just water, tea and broth until dinner then a meat only meal or a sandwich- 300-600 kcal). Trying to decide if I should diet down below my 125# goal since I’m losing muscle and gaining fat through the middle anyway. I’m not a fan of this long term so I’m thinking maybe a week.
