Farfelu's Journal, 26 June 2013

Went to the doctor today and here are my updated numbers:

Muscle mass: 91
Metabolic age: 44
Visceral fat rating: 6
BMI: 22.8

Ideal body weight: 128.2
Degree of Obesity: 3.40%

My journal entry on May 2nd, 8 weeks ago, showed the following:

Weight: 139
Fat % 29% (ideal range is 23 to 33%)
Fat mass: 41 lbs. (ideal is 29 to 50 lbs.)

Making progress, albeit slow. Three steps forward, two back, but I never want to be where I was in January again at almost 160 pounds so I am recording the good, the bad and the ugly to remind myself not to slack off.

That's right! The most important is never to give up. One can take a break, or even loose some ground but you've got to always keep on doing it! Great progress by the way!

Good job. I also find that recording everything everyday good or bad helps me to understand what triggers a crazy binge. The 5:2 diet seems to control it. Recording also helps me to see better what works for me and what causes me to gain. Keep up the good work.
