Well here I am again still trying to lose this stupid weight!! I start a weight loss plan I do good for a couple of weeks and then I fall off the wagon and go back to my old eating habits, I have got to get this under control. I am gic=ving myself a time limit this time to lose this weight maybe that will keep my mind set so I will achieve my goals. I am doing Visalus 2 shakes a day and 1 meal. I just hope I can do it this time.MY first goal is to lose 20 lbs by the end of July. I think I can do it. My ultimate goal is to lose 100 lbs in 8 months not so sure I can do that one but I am going to try my best this time. I have got to do it for my health.
