For South Beachers, I am at the end of Phase One, but SCARED to bring back the bread-it my downfall (along with chocolate). How do you all do it?? I need pointers.

I am down a pound and I worked out all 5 day this week after work. I don't tend to get to do anything on the weekends! Why can't I get my lazy butt out of bed on the weekends????

I am starting the Track Everything challenge this weekend. I think just that will keep me on track, as I won't want to admit to eating anything too bad!
131.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

according to the books...you should add one item per day per week...so if you want bread...find one that the first ingredient is not WW flour, or multi grain flour...the first ingredient needs to be WW or Multi grain...and then add a breakfast or lunch and see how that effects you...if it triggers cravings or hunger...switch up the time of the day that you eat it...after that move on to something else that you want until you have 2 or 3 starches per day in your diet...feel free to email me if you need more info
