I have been eating pretty much the same foods everyday, mostly because it's convenient. I just came back from my 2 mile walk and I have to say this is the second evening where I don't feel like eating anything for dinner. I will probably have some mashed cauliflower because it's already made and I know I shouldn't skip any meals. I so hope to see a reasonable weight loss by the end of Phase I - Monday!!!

Hey mmonsiegneur, did you start Phase 1 before you started charting? I ask because monday would be the end of the first week of Phase 1 (according to the chart). I really like the 2 in that 2 mile walk you did today, it's a balanced and sustainable number. I've wanted to make a similar goal and never seem to be able to put in the time. I don't know if you have seen posts I have made about high/low days (posts section) or about counting calories (w/new technology) but, those techniques have been helpful to me. However, exercise is always what makes me feel best and almost invariably helps the pounds come off. Keep up the good work and good luck to you!

I am trying to reply to "Information's" comment. I hope this is right. I'm not happy with the format change. Anyway, Hi Information! Yes, I started SB on Monday, October 15th. I would be interested to know more about what you said about counting calories (with new technology). Is there a website that you could recommend? Thanks! Marcia
