I've gained 10 pounds over the past several months. I'm so frustrated because I'm acutally more active now that the weather is warmer. I haven't changed my eating habits - so why the sudden gain. I am starting Couch to 5K to increase my physical activity. I'm not down for some crazy diet that I'll never be able to stick to. So I am going to start a food journal and attempt to cut 500 calories a day. Healthy meals and snacks of course.

Here we go.....

First day of C25K was awful. Hubbie and kids did it with me, so I guess now it's a family affair! Only made it through 10 minutes instead of 20. I'm not going to get discouraged though. Just go at my own pace.
