This weekend was spent in the car almost all day Sat and Sun. I was happy when I got on the scale this morning that I had not gained any weight. I tried to keep an eye on what I was eating but when you are trying to get somewhere fast with minimal stops, you can only hope for the best. Here is to getting back on track this week.
