I've made my first steps toward feeling good about myself, and I intend to keep up the momentum. I never want to see 170 again. I've been trying to steer away from unhealthy foods, but it's not easy when I work at a convenience store and get 20 minutes for a break. I've been eating healthy before and after work, but in order to eat healthy during work, I'm limited to a plain salad. I feel trapped in some ways, surrounded by foods that are no good for me.
