After work hunger strikes again, on my way to work out (which i did for
45 min) bag of tortilla chips on table not even sure how many i ate! thank god for flex points but i did not want to use them for chips!
what do any of you do to hold off hunger before dinner?

Eat your mid-day snack as late as possible or bring your supper to work and eat it before you go. I eat dinner before I workout usually cuz I don't want to eat later than 6 or 7. Good luck!

Try having a veggie snack...Carrots and some celery to hold you over until dinner..
