just got home from doing a 5k. really happy with my time. was able to run the whole thing minus about 10 sec. final time 37:30. hopefully by the one in december i can do an even better time. boyfriend wants to avg 10 minute miles, so need to shave off about 7 minutes. don't know if i can do that, but will try.
