have decided to try the GL diet i cant find it on here so ill just keep a record in my journal of the GL numbers etc (its basically the GI diet but its a lot easier to follow and a lot less ridged which is good for me ;P)
so this evening i had
chilli con carne (with quorn) = 5 on the GL index
one square of dark chocolate = ok on the GL diet (cant find the number)
and a handful of rasberries :D
