I last did my measurements on the 11th and noticed this morning that my ankles looked smaller and more defined so I re-measured everything.

Lost:
1/2 inch off under the bust.
1/2 inch off my hips.
1 inch off my calves.
2 inches off my waist.
2 inches off my shoulders.

Oddly enough my boobs are still the same size, I was figuring they'd be one of the first things to start shrinking. I was also hoping my thighs would show some difference, but I know that's a hard area to start to see improvements. I've been concentrating on doing more cardio and working my thigh muscles, and the ones in my butt. I've also noticed that I look like I've melted some in the mirror. My skin is looser all over in general. Kinda like a cushion that's lost some of it's fluff and just isn't fully filled. :/ Tried on the pants I was wearing all the time a month ago, and I can pull them away from me 2-3 inches now at the waist. They're loose over the hips, but still wearable, and they're a little loose over my thighs. And I have to keep pulling them up if I wear them. lol. They attempt to slide down my bottom when I'm moving and doing stuff.
