I’m down 650ish kcal for the week so far. That means I COULD eat about 2300-2400 kcal today. However I have another tattoo session tomorrow which means Cracker Barrel or Olive Garden. That’ll be 1000 kcal lunch. Think I’ll stick with 1700-1800 kcal today and save the rest for tomorrow :). This is what I love most about flexible dieting.
That and the fact that this week I’ve had some of the following: part of a giant Hershey’s bar, 1/4 of a giant cookies and cream bar, snickers, 3 cookies, chips and nachos for dinner tonight. Spread out of course! I’m still working on candy from my anniversary 3 weeks ago lol.
